The City of Gladewater, Texas is seeking applicants for the position of Main Street Manager.
The next Main Street Manager should be an energetic, self-starter exceptional communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate should be able to create a close working relationship with the Main Street Board confirming mutual trust and high productivity. The incoming Main Street Manager should be a creative, innovative, and collaborative leader with the ability to develop and maintain a shared sense of purpose for the Main Street program. The Main Street Manager should be versed, or the ability to become proficient, in historic preservation.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or related experience in a similar capacity. Prior Main Street Manager experience is a strong plus.
