BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

The purpose of the Board of Adjustments is to hear and decide all appeals and to render an interpretation of the zoning regulations or the manner of their application, to hear and decide upon those applications for a special exception to use or develop property, and to authorize a variance from zoning regulations.

The Board of Adjustments meet on call only the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:15 p.m.

The Board of Adjustments consists of seven members that serve two years with no compensation. The members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the City Council.
